Payment Deadlines

Service Provision (Timing of Service Delivery)
- Service usage begins immediately upon successful account registration and confirmation of payment.
- For corporate plans or other contract-based arrangements, usage begins on the contract start date specified in the relevant contract or estimate.
Returns and Cancellations
- Our service is delivered in a SaaS (online) format. Due to its nature, no refunds or returns are accepted once the service has started.
- Mid-term cancellation is not permitted during the contract period. If you choose to cancel during your contract period, no fees will be refunded.

- You must have an internet connection and devices/browsers that meet Agencia’s recommended requirements. Please refer to our website for up-to-date information on recommended environments.

- If you encounter service outages or technical issues, please contact our support team (support@agencia.co.jp) promptly.
- We will address such issues within the scope and limitations set forth in our 360°Car Terms of Service. We disclaim responsibility, as permitted by our Terms, for service interruptions, data loss, or other events as described in the Terms of Service.
