1. 360°Car®（kurumaVR®）は、YouTubeのアップロード機能において、YouTube API サービスを使用しています。 2. 360°Car®（kurumaVR®）においてYouTubeのアップロード機能を使用する場合、同サービスはGoogle アカウント認証を通じてユーザーが管理するYouTubeチャンネルのアクセス権を取得します。アップロードされたメディアはGoogleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）の対象となります。 3. YouTube APIは、ユーザーのデバイスやブラウザで Cookie または類似の技術の使用、アクセス、または認識などを行う形でユーザーのデバイスやブラウザに直接または間接的に情報を保存、アクセス、収集します。 4. 360°Car®（kurumaVR®）のYouTubeデータへのアクセス権の取り消しは、Googleのセキュリティ設定ページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）から行います。 5. 当社サービスの契約者及びユーザーは、360°Car®（kurumaVR®）を利用するにあたり、YouTube利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）を遵守するものとします。360°Car®（kurumaVR®）は、YouTubeビデオの視聴、ユーザーのチャンネル情報（チャンネル名・チャンネルIDなど）、コンテンツ情報（動画のタイトル・説明・公開設定、再生リストのタイトル・説明・公開設定など）、アクセス権限（閲覧・アップロード・編集・削除などのアクションに関連する権限）にのみアクセスし、これらの情報を使用しますが、Googleユーザーデータを保存または共有することはありません。

第5条 本人からの問い合わせ

お客様がご自身の個人情報の照会、修正、削除を希望される場合は、ご本人であることを確認させていただいた上で対応させていただきます。

第6条 法令の遵守と見直し

当社は、当社が保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。
